Operating answers

The rules that protect customers and keep the business in control.

What happens when the AI employee is unsure?

It follows the configured confidence and policy rules. Unsupported, sensitive, urgent, or explicitly requested cases are sent to a person with a concise summary and transcript link.

Can a business change its market or industry?

Yes. Geography and industry are configuration, not product limits. Targeting can be changed to any supported United States locale and industry definition.

How long is conversation content kept?

The default is 90 days for message bodies, transcripts, and recordings. Consent, suppression, billing, outcome, and audit evidence follow separate required lifecycles.

Does the model directly control business systems?

No. The model proposes structured actions. OfficeKind policy checks permissions, risk, tenant rules, and approval requirements before any tool may run.

Need help with an active workspace?
